The second section is the procurement of hydraulic elevator dam equipment.

The hydraulic elevator dam is a water conservancy technological innovation developed by our company, which combines the principle of hydraulic "three hinge point variable amplitude motion mechanism" with the optimization of traditional water gates, and has dual functions of water blocking and discharging. The hinge dam consists of a pre embedded system, gate system, hydraulic system, and electrical system. The power source is hydraulic drive, which controls the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder through the electric control system and hydraulic system, driving the movable dam surface to rotate around the bottom axis within a certain angle range, thereby achieving the functions of raising the dam for water storage and lowering the dam for flood discharge.
The technical achievements related to hydraulic elevator dam have passed the evaluation organized by the Chinese Water Conservancy Society in 2021, and achieved 92 points; In 2017, after passing the new product appraisal by the Ministry of Water Resources, the expert group unanimously agreed that the product "overall meets the international advanced level"; Selected in the Advanced Technology Promotion and Guidance Catalogue of the Ministry of Water Resources three times in 2014, 2017, and 2021; In 2017, won the first prize of the Application Achievement Award of the Academy of Water Sciences Science and Technology; The "Outstanding Achievement Award (Product Category)" for the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Chinese Academy of Water Sciences in 2018; In 2019, it was selected as a mature and practical technology in the "Recommended Short List of Technical Support for Water Resources Guarantee Capacity in Xiong'an New District" by the Ministry of Water Resources; 43 patents have been granted, including 17 inventions, 22 utility model patents, 2 appearance patents, and 2 software copyrights. At present, this technology has been widely applied in domestic and foreign water conservancy and hydropower projects, such as river landscape, irrigation and water storage, reservoir expansion, and hydropower station expansion, to meet the diversified needs of modern water conservancy construction and management, such as water ecological civilization construction, river and lake tenure, small and medium-sized river governance, and digital twin water conservancy projects.
