In October 2020, our company undertook the sustainable development engineering Simplified Elevated Dam(SED) project in the urban section of Zhaosutai River tributary in Lishu County. This project has a total of five SED, of which one is 10m long and 1.5m high, with a single panel of 3.33W*1.5mH, and there're 3 panels in total. The scale of other 4 SED is 10m long and 2.0m high, with a single panel of 3.33W*2.0mH ,and also have 3 panels in total.
The Simplified Elevated Dam needs two hydraulic cylinders to support the back of the dam body, which uses manual hydraulic pump or diesel engine to control panels lift and drop to realize the function of storing and discharging water. It’s particularly applicable for rural area where is lack of electricity.
