BIC has developed a new type of submersible flow-forming micro nano melting & deicing device. Even in the severe cold winter, it will not form an ice layer, which effectively solves the frozen problem in front of the sluice. Meanwhile, this device also can be used with our BIC's HED (Hydraulic Elevator Dam) and SED (Simplified Elevated Dam) products.
Below is a specific implementation project in Jilin Province.
Device quantity：4 sets
Project introduction: The river is about 110m wide, and the lowest temperatures in winter can reach -30℃. A total of 4 melting & deicing devices have been installed, each of which controls the water surface width of about 27.5m,and no ice cover is formed within 10m upstream of the gate.
