The landscape HED system is based on the cost-effective HED system and adds background themes for customers to the design of the gate system, such as plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum theme, sports theme, arc ribbed plate type and garden type gate structure. It can also spray different colors, patterns or slogans on the gate body to integrate the gate body with the river landscape. The water carrying and disturbing components at the top of the gate body adopt noise reduction treatment, and the noise at the 30m field boundary of the 2m high gate can be controlled below 50dB. The material of oil pipe and hydraulic oil tank is upgraded to stainless steel, which has the characteristics of better corrosion resistance, beauty and easy for cleaning. The northern region is equipped with "ice pressure releasing hydraulic control system ".
The system is based on the construction objectives of “green mountains, green water” and gate landscape integration. On the basis of the operating conditions of the cost-effective HED system, various gate body shapes, overflow forms and other factors are considered. Among them, the most unfavorable operating conditions are calculated according to the maximum overflow of 30cm on the top of the parking gate and meet the dynamic water opening and closing landscape. In view of the frequent operation of landscape HED, the normal working pressure of hydraulic system is 16MPa, and the maximum oil pressure of dynamic water opening and closing is no more than 25MPa. Water storage by vertical sluice in dry season, flood discharge in flood season and water storage operation in freezing season.
The gate body of this system can customize of different shapes with independent intellectual property rights, spray different colors, patterns or slogans, set water carrying spoiler components on the top of the gate body, and carry out special hole shower design, so as to achieve the purpose of noise reduction while forming waterfall landscape. The lifting of the gate body could be observed through the PLC local control and monitoring system (camera). The lifting of single gate body or the zoning, grouping or synchronous lifting of the whole line of multiple gate bodies can realize different dynamic waterscape. The gate body can stop the gate at any angle and stop water on both sides. It is also equipped with emergency unpowered gate lowering, ice storage and other functions as standard.
The gate body of the system has a beautiful shape, which can achieve the lifting operation of zoning or the whole line, and flow into a waterfall landscape. Especially for the special design of carrying water on the top of the gate body of urban river, it can achieve the purpose of noise reduction, form different waterscape and create a hydrophilic platform. It is more suitable for urban rivers with high landscape requirements or relatively large discharge, which not only has little effect on the urban flood control system, but also beautifies the environment and improves the urban grade. In winter, gates can also be erected to block ice to form ice and snow sites, so as to provide ice entertainment for surrounding residents and enhance the vitality of the city.
The system configuration can also be applied to the frequently opened and closed multi-silt river channel for scouring and sand discharge. It can also be used as a flood diversion gate and applied to reservoirs or river channels that need to retain and store water in flood season, such as spillways.
The system has been applied and recognized in Jining in Shandong Province, Shuozhou in Shanxi Province, Yan'an in Shaanxi Province and Tongren in Guizhou Province.
