The winning project this time is the Renhe Ecological Hydraulic Elevator Dam and Waterfront Space Ecological Governance and Utilization Project in Chengkou County, Chongqing City. This project consists of 5 ecological water retaining dams (hydraulic steel gates), 2 ecological slope protection, and 1 debris dam. The scope of this procurement includes the overall design, production, transportation, installation, and commissioning of five ecological water retaining dams (hydraulic steel gates) for the Renhe Ecological Hydraulic Elevator Dam and Waterfront Space Ecological Management and Utilization Project in Chengkou County. Including (but not limited to) the procurement and installation of auxiliary equipment and spare parts related to the normal operation of hydraulic steel gates, including steel structure dam surface (including anti-corrosion), hydraulic pump station (including hydraulic oil), hydraulic hoist oil cylinder, hydraulic pipeline, water stop system, embedded parts, electrical control system, lighting system, monitoring system, intelligent digital twinning platform, etc.
Chengkou County Renhe River Ecological Hydraulic Elevator Dam and Waterfront Space Ecological Treatment and Utilization Project is mainly aimed at flood control, and also has comprehensive benefits such as improving the urban river water ecological environment, protecting the existing river wetland, reducing sediment and stabilizing the riverbed, and building an ecological livable city.
This project takes the water conservancy information system as the core, and adopts advanced water conservancy and application software technology to jointly dispatch and manage 5 water blocking ecological gates. All data and models are predicted, warned, rehearsed, and planned in the dispatch center, thereby comprehensively improving the digital, intelligent, and information level of project operation and providing data support for the digital twin project.
This is BIC's first digital twin project of low head sluice, mainly including data processing, software platform development, 3D modeling and other work, which has realized the complete digitalization of the physical project. At present, the digital twin platform has been initially built. All on-site equipment for the project has been installed and is expected to be officially completed this year.
