On May 10th, BIC held a communication seminar on Water Conservancy Digital Twin exchange seminar, participated in the exchange seminar with the theme of "Beidou Space-time Intelligence, Help the Digital Twin of Water Conservancy" together with Qianxun SI. BIC managers, directors of relevant departments, design director of Hydraulic elevator dam attended the seminar. The seminar included presentations on digital twin data floor, water engineering safety testing, intelligent water environment management, intelligent water disaster prevention solutions, main products, etc. Through the introduction to learn the oblique photography and physical scene modeling and other digital twin platform construction related knowledge.

At the meeting, the design director of BIC Hydraulic elevator dam introduced the basic situation of the company, as well as the Hydraulic elevator dam technology. In addition, BIC has started to build the digital twin platform of Chongqing Hydraulic elevator dam project under construction. We use drones to measure the river topographic map, Hydraulic elevator dam, management room and other measurements, and carry out 3D modeling and platform building in the later stage. To realize the deep interaction between online analysis and offline river patrol, task implementation and tracking supervision and cloud synchronization, break through the space-time limitation of river and lake chiefs, and realize the systematic governance from "finding water problems" to "eradicating the onshore source".

BIC had an active and heated discussion with the specific technical issues such as the Hydraulic elevator dam technology and the construction of the Water Conservancy Digital Twin platform. Through the construction of digital twin river basin, the construction of intelligent water conservancy system with the functions of forecast, early-warning, preview and reserve plan will be accelerated, so as to more accurately conduct real-time monitoring of the rainwater situation, safety, flood control effect of the Hydraulic elevator dam, as well as project video monitoring.
